• (b) Arranging any cleaning or repairs if necessary to put the property in order before or after a tenancy.

• (d) Emergency repairs to the property or contents belonging to the landlord will be initiated immediately and paid for out of funds held.
• (e) It is a condition of our management service that the landlord provides an independent and professionally prepared inventory and Schedule of Condition. We can arrange this on the landlord’s behalf.
• (f) Monthly property inspections and spot checks.
